On Procrastination

Procrastination is hesitation before the pressure of time, the unwillingness to surrender to that which is unfolding in the present.  It is an attempt to remain in the present by denying the demands of destiny. It is a psychological rejection or postponement of the inevitable. to procrastinate doesn't simply mean being tardy; but to stand against, to protest, to rebel against the encroachment of responsibility.
